I'm filling out paperwork for a physical (for my new job!) and everytime I have to give my surgical history, it takes research because I don't remember all the details. So I am going to list them here all in one post.

C-section: 7/2004
C-section: 1/2006
C-section: 10/2010
Endometiral Ablation: 7/2011
Hysterospcopy with Lysis of Adhesions: 5/2012
Hysterectomy: 8/2013
Breast Augmentation and abdominoplasty: 7/2014
